Very friendly staff, rooms are clean, excellent location. Bathroom facilities are ok, AC and fan working properly.

Hotel Location is ok,price is genuine there is market nearby and close to mansadevi temple.Things that are not good all rooms on first floor ,cleanliness and no TV facility in any of room.

Hotel near to har ki pauri but flush not working and leaking washbasin tap leaking in my non ac room. Blankets should be changed

It was good but rooms were emitting foul smell but luckily they changed it. The staff was good. Washrooms were not clean and same with the blankets given by them. Overall the experience was average

I booked the hotel for 3 days @ Rs 900 per day. For such price, it was a best deal. I was staying in Room No. 209 and geyser wasn't working. Rest every was perfect. The best part was that it is situated in the market area which is also nearby to Mansa Devi Temple & Har Ki Pauri ghat at walkable distance.

Location of hotel was good but pillow they provided that seem like brick , pillow was to hard min of night my head got hurt and I removed pillow and slept with out pillow all night .

Rooms were not at all clean. Fans were not clean for months. Floor was dirty. Bedseet and pillow cases were dusty. No towels or hot water kettle available. Stairs are very steep. Not recommended to elderly. Location is good and prices are affordable but other good hotels are available at same price. No one will pick your calls

Located near kusha & ram ghat in a 3 ft narrow street. Board is hardly visible. Stairs are only 2ft wide. Room was clean but ordinary. Food etc is not available in the hotel. Considering all this price was tarrif was high.

Hotel employee behaviour is very good and hotel location is good service given by hotel employee was satisfactory

In hotel stay no problem but the price is high to much and facilities is very lower class. So if we are using money need to be good facilities. but non ac room no tv facilities not good bed. To many things like that.

Location is good approx 1 km away from Har ki paudi and the service is great. You can go anytime for Ganga Aarti and Ganga Snan they will wait for you and that's great thing about service because many hotels says that we will close the gates at 10 pm so you have to return before that otherwise we will no open the gates but this hotel is far better than those. I'll surely make another visit soon.

Location is great. Place is tiny. As it is located in lanes of haridwar near mansa devi entrance. Near ram ghat. Near har-ki-pauri. Staff is helpful.

Staff behaviour achchha h, lekin room jesa dikhaya gaya hai wesa bilkul bhi nah i hai. Bed baht dirty tha auro washroom to baht hi jyada ganda tha, auro toilet indian nah i hai. Location bhi on road nah i hai. Ha mandir se jyada dour nah i hai lekin thoda paidal chalkar jana padega. Dustbin bhi full tha but proper cleaning nah i hoti h shayad.

It was a terrible experience hotel staff was misbehaving, manager also not cooperative even tea bags were not provided, cold water was not provided at the time of checkout our luggage was not brought down
