Cleanliness was not good enough, poor hygiene rooms could be maintained well

This property only got locational advantage, its exactly opposite Hari ki pauri hence you can watch Ganga arthi from room. otherwise room is terrible, service is terrible, no water, no TV working.

One of the worst hotels at a beautiful location. I book just becouse it just 5 meters from Har ki Pauri but you can have transportation to the hotel. you need to walk atleast 700 meters from heavy crowd area to reach the hotel. then comes the worst food. I realised that people at the reception or at the hotel are money minded. they will charge extra ok everything. rooms are not clean. only 1 life that can take only 2 people at a time making difficult to walk 4th or 5th floor. they will never clean your room unless you tell them 10 times. AC is for name sake.

So did small research and book the hotel. Reviews provided by traveler misguided me and I had gone through a bad stay in this hotel. Blanket were pathetic, pillow was Ali in pathetic condition, fan speed control knob was not available. Very bad sewage smell coming from washroom, no one can stay in was room for 5 minutes.

Bad condition of the property, when requested to change the room, the hotel started asking for extra charge. I had to pay rs. 1000. 00 extra to get a comparative clean room but that too was not so good.

Excellent location, ganga aarti is viewed very nicely from the balcony. Behavior as well as service of hotel management n staff is good. Overall stay is enjoyed very much

Given the amount they charged, cleanliness was pathetic. We had to change the room since there was a cockroach and bed bug under the mattress. Would never recommend this stay.

Horrible experience. Rooms were very claustrophobic. Bathroom door was damaged and does not lock. Walls were full of moisture. Pillow covers were dirty. Ac remote was damaged

The property location is in an excellent place, because the view is awesome from the hotel, the hotel staff is also good in behaviour. But the only thing which is not up to the mark is the food of the hotel, i will suggest having food from the locals outside.

We stayed at Aarti Darshan for two days/nights. It was an awesome stay. Hotel location is within walking distance from Har ki Pauri and anyone can see Maa Ganga Aarti from the roof of the hotel or room itself. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. The room service was good and the food was very tasty. The lift was in working condition. The bathroom had a geyser facility and cleaned properly. The room was clean. Bedsheets, towels and pillow covers were changed everyday.

I stayed at aarti darshan for night and had a mixed experience. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance to hear ki pauri, nearby market and public transportation. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. However, there were some drawbacks that prevented me from fully enjoying my stay. The hotel's hygiene standards were not up to par - i found hair and stains on the bed sheets and towels, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Additionally, the hotel had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the lobby and hallways, which was a bit off-putting. The interior and exterior of the hotel also looked outdated and could use some renovation. Overall, while hotel had some positive aspects, the hygiene issues and outdated decor prevented me from giving it a higher rating. Hygiene condition very poor. Hotel entrance condition very poor. The staff is cooperative. Not worth as per tariff.

The stay was very good and property was arranged by my daughter location was very good and food quality was also very good

I booked this property for my parents the hotel staff denied to allot room in same hotel they argue i allot you room in our 2nd hotel but i info-me make my trip team they call the hotel then they gave me room in same hotel. Wastage of money, very old rooms, only 2 person lift, staff not helpful all over experience very terrible, i highly recommend don't book this property only location was good otherwise all are terrible.

Property’s location is only usp which means that it is just above hari ki paidi. One must not expect other services because all the other services are nominal or average.

Nice experience, staff is very nice and coordial, location is very good, hotel is located at good location and ambience is good.
