The property was located at a convenient point to visit the main attractions Plus the hotel staff was very nice and corporative They really know how to behave and understand your request As we arrived late due to heavy traffic Still they supported our request

It was a terrible trip for my family. No management. I have book a 2 queen size bed A/c room with balcony but the air conditioner was not working.they offered me a small room with a single bed. After all, it was a very terrible experience with you .

experience is horrible as that property is not yet completed construction still going on ... owner is chain smoker even he didnt hesitate smoke in front of my 3 month baby at reception area .. rooms was dirty and smoke smell ... we booked 3 room we wait 1/2 hour for checkin for 1st room and 1 hour for rest of room.

The rooms floor and toilets were full dirty when we checked in after a exhausting journey. We asked the staff to clean it but he asked us to adjust in stead of apologising and promptly doing the needful service. Very poor management of rooms and harassment of guests.

the infrastructure was good as it's newly build but everything else was terrible. no backup of light, my baby cried whole night without ac and fans. they don't even give you coffee or tea . moreanove when we demand refund after this night manager wrote to MMT that there was no problem from their side. so finally I left my money there and moved to another hotel

It was very good experience with this Property as it was newly built and service was also good. Room was nut and clean however restaurant is not opened yet. Overall excellent experience with this property.

A great stay, at affordable tariffs. The property is newly constructed and has all the amenities a traveller would be looking for. Strongly recommend this to anyone travelling to Haridhwar and looking for a luxurious but affordable accommodation.
