A good experience, with clean room and good room service and clean bedsheets but the bathroom was a bit not clean

Nice place to stay, clean and friendly staff just near walking distance from the railway station. .

Recently i had booked my stay with hotel thakur ji, the hotel was nice and close to haridwar railway station. The room was spacious but one thing i didn't like about it was the middle door between the 2 rooms. During early morning at around 04:00 am, someone was knocking from that door and trying to open that door which disturbed my sleep.

Very best peace full place and at a good location also we were stayed there two times during our kedarnath trip

Very good location and also budget friendly for couple stays also. Hotel is near to railway station and big market is near also very good stay

I booked double room 5 days before the date of arrival, when i reached there staff said all rooms are booked we are sorry it's our mistake we did not keep a room for you. What is the point of booking, if they don't keep a room, after lot of discussion he gave me an uncleaned with used bedsheets, as it was already late and i was tired so i did not any option but take that unclean room

Very small room with no windows, it's terrible staying. Bathroom not clean, there is mold on the walls, bedsheets were not clean. Difficult to find location

Phone is not working, bathroom is old and small. Location is near railway station but is not on main road

Its a good hotel in budget and also just 1-2km from har ki paudi…one can stay here and enjoy gujrati food as the road near the hotel is full of gujrati shops

Overall good experience with hotel

Staff was polite, food and beverage facility not provided by hotel. Even a cup of tea not provided by hotel. I need medicine that also not provided by hotel.

Ac and fan not working in our room even-though the staff not ready to allocate other rooms. Behaveour of hotel staff is very rude and not ready to listen single words from our side. Third class hotel.

It was a good stay and room was neat and clean and staff was very well behaved and help for all the queries and lift facility was also available

Location is good but hotel staff was not cooperating during emergency conditions. Rooms were very small in comparison to as shown in photos. Hotel staff is money minded and always eager to make money in tough/unfavorable conditions of customers.

Great and well mannered staff and best option to opt while staying in haridwar, easily location and clean room with space and better people.

Very good hotel, with car parking facility. Near to railway station, also near to gujarati bhavan. We enjoyed our stay. Very co-operative staff.

Hotel location was easy to find and its near to haridwar bus stop and railway station. Overall ok to stay here. My ratings 2. 5/5
