Recently i had booked my stay with hotel thakur ji, the hotel was nice and close to haridwar railway station. The room was spacious but one thing i didn't like about it was the middle door between the 2 rooms. During early morning at around 04:00 am, someone was knocking from that door and trying to open that door which disturbed my sleep.

I booked double room 5 days before the date of arrival, when i reached there staff said all rooms are booked we are sorry it's our mistake we did not keep a room for you. What is the point of booking, if they don't keep a room, after lot of discussion he gave me an uncleaned with used bedsheets, as it was already late and i was tired so i did not any option but take that unclean room
