Review Of Hotel kailash

Hotel is good. Room is good and toilets are cleaned. Service respond once is good. Staff is good. The bedsheet was not clean.

First receptionist told no rooms around 6:30 pm when I reached. Reason seems to be the hotel selling rooms although there are prepaid bookings from travel websites, because travelers coming little late due journey timings. Later when I told, I have 3 days booking, then they offered a room saying it is staff room, but I see that as travelers or guests room only, which is second lie. The bathroom is bad, there are mosquitoes.

Hotel should know how to treat the customers, he was fighting with me for location of the Hotel.

Good Location and Value for money. Good for short stay and refreshing. Hotel staff are cooperating.

Location of hotel is very good. Decent hotel but no cleanliness.

Whatever room provided not good .i booked that hotel for four night but for that hotel condition i checkout on next day morning i will suggest everybody donÂ’t stay that hotel.

Cold response on reaching. Room are O. K. But not up-to the mark as rating given. No intercom. No English toilet. No proper parking as indicated. I have paid for 3 adult and 1 child but only double bad was provided despite of request. Location near Railway Stationis which is far from Har Ki Pauri . . No provision for breakfast in hotel.

New location. Near by railway station. Easy to go to tourist place from the hotel location. Transport easily available from the hotel. Hotel is clean for first day but cleaning frequency is not as per standard. Regular follow up need to take to clean the room. Room service is quick after ring.

Location is good. But room was average as per price Staff arranged the hot water which takes time to us a lot. They need to check the bathrooms status before allotting the room Time consuming a lot when they arranged things Some staff not helpful and some not

Hotel is exactly opposite Haridwar Railway station so location wise it is good. However, in terms of room quality, amenities, cleanliness it was very shabby. We found cocroches roaming around the room. In the bed, there were bugs. AC is window AC which does not cool the room and if there is no electricity and generator is on then AC will not work. Bathroom was stinky not properly cleaned. Overall, we did not pay for that.

The hotel location is good. Walking distance to Railway Station. The service of the hotel is quite good. The room of the hotel is good and clean. The staff behavior is polite and good. The food of the hotel is good.

Location is far from the places of visit in Haridwar like har ki Pauri or main market as well. But otherwise the staff service is so good. Nice spacious rooms as well.. Keep up the good work staff members.

All are good. But room was average as per price. The attitude of receptionist and other staff are really very good. They helped us roam the tourist city. Market was nearby. The hotel staff played an important role to guide us in the city.

No lift No parking place No restaurant Serving trays are in very bad condition Kitchen timings are very odd One cannot have food of his or her's choice when he feels like. Rooms are not properly cleaned up dust could be seen here and there. The only thing that we liked was the taste of food being served. Otherwise this is first hotel recommend by MMT which is not up to any mark. Could not have our food on chairs and table kept in the room because of being so dusty. It was really a place in my life which was forcing me to leave it at an earliest.

Value to money. We stayed for one day to hotel. The service provided by hotel was quit good. Also there are many shops nearby so anyone can shop on their free times. Also having good food restaurant.. Holy places are also nearby. Quality time spent there.

Location was excellent. It was near to Bus Stand and railway station as well. Value for money actually. Service was Good. Convenience was easily available to go any where. I suggest this Hotel for a Family stay. Room Service was average and room was cleaned.

The hotel exterior is good. Room is so dirty. Bathrooms is unhygienic. AC was not working and lights was not in hotel they work only in generator. AC Work only for 5 to 6 hours. In night switch off and. Money is totally wasting for the AC Room service. So I recommend you please share this information to hotel also and in future nobody face this type of problem. And one more thing, They show the photos of hotel in booking time is different.

Just location is good near to ralways station rest all thing s do not exist in this hotel. Please do not waste your money. No phones dirty washroom no welcome greeting .. Nor hing do not go for this hotel you can get Better choice in the same rate.

All the staff members were good. Even the cleaniness was also good. Enjoyed a lot. Location exactly at the railway station and near to har ki Pauri, mata mansa devi and price is also soo less to facilities.
