Review Of Hotel raj deluxe

the room is not as per the image and non ac room is totally disaster in summer you can't sleep and rest properly. I have image of real room watch and observe please . guys go for other hotel don't go for this . similar price but alpana is best option at same location. room is not clean or well modern furnished. we asked for tv they said it's not working. when we asked for water they gave us only tap water . and room is not good please avoid it

Took extra charge for early check in. Also at check out i kilt my luggage at reception and informed for a room for being fresh and changing of clothes but they denied and gave a very dirty and smelly toilet to make changes of clothes and being fresh.

All the stap are very helpful, specially thnks to shrvn sir (manager, if u want to go haridwar u should stay here, all the temple near hear in the range of about one to 1. 5 km

Worst hotel. I don't see this type of hotel in my life in make my trip. Wastage of money. Minimum aminities were not found there.

But property is not well maintained and we found difficulties in getting everything thing. For a single we had to come from 4th floor to reception

The hotel property, including the bed and washroom, was extremely dirty with no exhaust. The ac was broken, and the refrigerator hasn't been working for two years, as disclosed by a housekeeping staff member in confidence. It is disappointing that despite this knowledge, the issues persisted and were even mentioned in the hotel bookings. Moreover, the staff's behavior was completely unprofessional, further adding to the negative experience. Considering all these factors, one would likely find more happiness by not booking this hotel and instead opting to relax by the ganga river bank.

Everything room washroom very nee t and clean. And osm service from their side. And very near about har ki paudi just 10 minuts along

Bed sheets not clean, water leakage in bathroom. No toilet seat. Foul smell in room. Lift was not fully functional

The stay was okay though we were not given the additional bed which we had paid extra for and there was no wifi connectivity. Service too was a bit slow and food availability was a question to what had been made that day
