Everything was good except the receptionist behaviour, he was very rude

We were vegetarian and food was excellent, promptly served even at 5pm.The behaviour was cordial and very helpful especially the service provider at the restaurant of the hotel, Rajkumar tomar.He even suggested a dish which we enjoyed the most. The deluxe rooms are spacious though we had a bathroom without exhaust fan.that was a bit uncomfortable.The hotel is neat and clean.Outsider Laundry was available.Hotel staffs were very helpful.I and my family really enjoyed our stay.Thank you all.

On arrival towel was not available in room and in washroom spider web was there. Room was not properly cleaned. Dirty toilet seat, Bedsheet was not cleaned properly

Clean room, co-operative and polite staff, food was delicious Hotel is at a close proximity to main market and station Hot water was an issue but apart from that everything was good

Rooms are too small not as shown in the pictures, but facilities are good, dinner included in the booking was just awesome. Breakfast was included in the booking but the hotel management was too strict with their timings and had to miss BF. Over all it was just okay

stay was pretty good. Food was decent. the facility is recently built and bro well maintained. a good budget as well as ambient place to stay in haridwar whether for family, group or couples.

Location is 400 meters inside the railways station but it’s not a big issue, the rooms and washrooms were clean, beds were really comfortable and they have a restaurant with quick service.
