Review Of Ganga Amrit Haridwar

I had booked 2 standard Rooms in this property almost 45 days back. I had done the Payment fully considering the Property. I was traveling with my Parents (Senior Citizens). While traveling from Delhi to Haridwar (on route) I called the property to inform that we will be checking in at around 10:30 pm but the property person denied my Booking saying we don't have any bookings on this name I told I will be there in the property as I have confirmed booking. I reached Hotel at around 11:00 Pm and they showed me the list where my booking was cancelled. I was calling Hotel owner times and again to resolve my issue. I was standing infront of Hotel with my parents helplessly. After my repeated requests also they said your booking was cancelled and we can't do anything. I was calling customer care but I couldn't connect it also. When my parents told we should call police to solve this issues, they told nothing will happen. As it was embarrassing for me and I found my parents were simply getting hareesh because of this. Where could I go taking my parents at night 12:00 Pm..? As I couldn't see any option at the moment because the booking was not refundable and the other property range nearby were very high which I couldn't afford. I calmingly request the Owner through phone to solve this problem.. He told me to send the payment screenshot and other things. I did so. He told he will provide rooms in other property. I agreed for the sake of my parents as they were tried traveling. We were provided rooms ( which were horrible) which doesn't justify for the money we paid. Why this MakeMyTrip..? Why this harreshment to the customers.? Was it my mistake to book and pay from MMT.?

I have found the property in make my trip but feeling not confident about the stay. But after staying there for 3 days my perception changed. The stay was very comfortable and their service is very prompt. I am satisfied with the stay.

Hotel accommodation is nice staff is cooperative and facilities are adequate as per mention while booking accommodation stay is comfortable love to visit again and also near to hear ki pori

The description tells rooms in an aprtment. But it is hotel room converted. Property is in the main road. So access is good. All amneties likes drug shops, clothe shops etc are there nearby. One major drawback is no rooms have any windows. So no fresh air or outer view. Some dust smell is there while entering. The bed spreads were dirty and discoloured. Though requested to change, they did not give. Bath rooms were clean and new sanitary. The hotel do not provide drinking water ot coffee pouches. The hotel has a restaurant on third floor, but never tried. An excellent vegetarian hotel hoshiyapuri is there just after two buildings. Dont miss it. There is no chance if getting bed coffee or tea. Even room service start after 9 am! avoid this hotel if any of the above negative points concerns you.

This is best hotel in khanna nagar locality. Excellent service, cordial staff etc. Would recommend others too. All kind of access is available surrounding this hotel right from hospital to malls and atm.

Rooms and washrooms were clean, service was good. Location of hotel is also good. Overall nice stay

Ok, the hotel was really terrible. The facilities were very bad and they were charging extremely high price(more than twice of mrp. A mineral water bottles mrp was 20 rupees but they were charging 45 rupees each. It was the worst hotel i ever visited. And the rooms were also very horrible and in very bad situation. They whole bed was dirty and the washroom was dang bad. In the picture of the hotel, they showed such a beautiful rooms but irl they were very bad. At last, i would recommend never to show that hotel to anyone
