Poor Stay
Location was good, staff was good but the room was very poor. There was seepage smell, bedsheet was also in bed condition. I have booked better rooms from MMT in less amount than this. Overall waste to money.

The lengthy rainy season has definitely had its effect on the ground floor . We regret for this and invite you again on your next visit to have a better stay ay Ganga Vilas .

Services aren't in compared to price, Intercom wire disconnected, TV not recharged. After 2-3 reminder they recharge. Staff are co-operative. Food quality are good.

At hotel during night having the temp of 8 to 9 degree, hot water was unavailable in bathroom. Room was not clean properly

Sir , Thank you for your review for Hotel Ganga Vilas . Being a budget property we provide hot water during morning hours 6AM to 12noon . Although hot water is available if there is a need for it . We have geysers in all the rooms that are operated as per need .
Okay but costly
familyStayed for 2 days location is fine. But amenities like geyser & tv were not working & staff delayed in fixings which uptime didn't even got fixed

I regret that the TV was not working as otherwise it is never the case as we keep updating TV,s and set top boxes from time to time .

As a budget hotel, it's a very good option for family groups. Good location nearer to the railway station, decent cleaning and nice staff.

Average rooms, clean washroom on top floor. The tea is good. Nice hotel staff. Very close yo railway station but far from hear ki pauri

Worst washroom
The washroom was not clean. It was tilted in left side and flush water was also leak from toilet seat

Good hotel near har ki paudi, railway station staff behavior was good, supportive and polite restaurant food was good. Room, bathroom was neat and clean.

Good experience
Hotel room was good. Bathroom was clean and overall it was fine. Hotel staff was also polite and well behaved. I had to check out early than the scheduled time and they cooperated. So i would recommend it for a budget friendly yet comfortable stay.

I acknowledge that during peak season period there are issues that are unavoidable like low voltage and other staff issues . But we work hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would personally regret for such an experience that you had to face .

Thank you Sir for your review . We are a budget property working at low tariffs . But during peak season the tariffs are at a higher end as per market demand . The A C that you mentioned had a damaged grill , the A C was however in working order .
