The property looked better in images than in person, would not say dilapidated but it was definitely a little run down. It was definitely worth, when westin and jw are available at a much lesser price point. The breakfast was not a buffet but ala carte, food was good but was served in a non ac section which could have been avoided considering there are ac sections available in the property.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

Our stay at mansion ha-us was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Nice spacious rooms with all modern amenities, extremely comfy bed, huge bathroom with one of the best toilatories! the plunge pool was bigger than expected. And the location is also spot on with all the goto places 10-15 minutes away. The staff was really hospitable. A must for people seeking luxury with privacy.

The light keeps going in the property! if you happen to be in this property during summer you will never have a peaceful sleep because the light keeps going out and the ac shuts and does not switch on until you manually switch it on. All 3 night i was here i was waking up sweaty in the middle of the night, at-least twice because the ac went off. Their decor is good but not quite practical. There are no drawers in the cupboard or in the side table. Nor is there any place in the room to place the suitcase. One extra star coz the truffle fries with parmesan and the chicken fried rice (special request) was good.

The stay was really comfortable

Much overrated, I guess I was the first guest who stayed since they opened up recently. Book-er there top villa / room, which was just a room with a dip pool without privacy. The bathrooms are below average, only the bed is comfortable. Rooms sizes are half of what they appear in photos. I’d not call that a pool villa, my bedrooms are bigger. Chef was brilliant with food but very poor on service and choices of food, be prepared to give them 4 hours of you wish to eat something you like. So it’s like on my holiday i have to plan a lot to stay here, that’s not my thing i want when i want that’s why i pay for it. Service was highly disappointing slow and often ending with sorry sir. I’ve been coming to goa almost every month and staying in newer boutique properties, i would give this one a pass.

The property is very well located it’s meant for a discerning customer who appreciates design, attention to detail and more importantly understated luxury!
