Excellent Stay
coupleWe stayed for two nights for serene stay, and stay was excellent, staff are cordial, but food variety in ala carte menu is there, but they preferred for meal system @ per head, which is little troublesome for less eater. Other facilities, views and lawns are excellent

Excellent Stay
familyThis was one of the few properties, i feel gave me the kind of vacation i wanted which was a mix of a homestay with excellent in house facilities. But the cottage is only for 2 adults. Its a sweet and serence place to stay if you dont want to stay in typical 3 star or 4star hotels.

familyPositive-nice location, fantastic/luxurious property, ambience awesome, staff-cooperative/polite negative-no ac in cottage in extreme high temperature outside, food option limited no led/tv, microwave oven. Overall fantastic stay at the property.

Peaceful stay nestled among mountains.
coupleThe red cottage is a one bedroom, two bath with a kitchenette and a large living area. Its surrounded by manicured lawns with apple, almond, cherry trees. The place is clean and cosy with great views of the surrounding mountains. A variety of food options to choose from cooked homestyle and the staff are great. All in all a great place to vacation with your loved ones.

Best location to stay in srinagar
Polite staff. Good location. Closer to nishat gardens. Best stay if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. Fragrance of roses in garden outside makes you feel very fresh.

Beautiful and memorable stay
familyI booked the red cottage for 3 for 2 nights and tbh i enjoy it very much. The staff was very polite and respectful. Mr farhad(manager) was very cooperative and caring. The food was delicious & also view was beautiful. I love the red cottage more than any hotel i book in kashmir. Excellent stay. Will visit again.

Excellent stay. Amazing hospitality. Had a wonderful time. Bedroom, living room everything was so beautifully decorated. Had a bonfire. Food was also good. Planning to come to this place soon again 5 out of 5.
