Review Of Kukoos Nest

Our experience was poor and frustrating. We arrived at the property around 4 PM, but the rooms were not cleaned and were not ready. We were told we would have to wait at least 2-3 hours, and there was also an issue with the lights. When we asked when the lights would be restored, we received no commitment; they simply said, "We don’t know." Additionally, some staff members were dressed in vests,which was inappropriate. We clearly stated that we would not check in and requested a refund. However, the staff responded rudely, telling us to talk to MMT for assistance.

Stay was good as expected but the road was very bad it takes 40-45 min for 7 km . So 5 star for stay but 0 for road experience

It was amazing and supportive staff all facilities we're good. Even they made last minute arrangements for stay and didn't charge extra. Food was also delicious

Hi....unfortunately, our stay at Kuckoos Nest was a terrible experience...firstly, the location is too far away from the main market of Kasauli...its a new hotel...there were no lights in the washroom and a horrible smell too..moreover, unfortunately, we had a horrible experience, as in, there was a power failure following a storm, leading to us having to cut short our stay by a day...major inconvenience...but, i must add here that the manager, Abhishek, was very helpful and MMT refunded us on the same day.
