Rooms are spacious, location is also good but pathetic service. Need to improve the service. In-house restaurant is also not functional.

The worst experience ever
We are a group of 9adults and 4 kids among which 1 kid is above 5 years. We reached to the hotel around 8pm and upon reaching we checked in to the rooms. I have booked 3 rooms as the description of the rooms was mentioned saying 9adults including kids would fit in 3 rooms, however the rooms were very small and we asked to exchange the rooms. The receptionist showed us an excel sheet that their hotel prepares for the guests who arrive. In the sheet it was mentioned as 6 adults. Inspite of showing her my confirmation booking for 9 adults, she was not ready to give us a bigger room. They asked us to pay 300₹ / person for dinner, and the dinner was the worst i had in my whole sikkim trip. There was no curry available, dal was tasting the worst and only one chapati was provided for each of us. The receptionist couldn’t handle the situation at all and she didn’t even face us until we checked out. We asked the hotel boy to arrange the beds in which we had to adjust even after paying a whole lot of money.

They treat us a begger.
familyHospitality is very bad. Room not worthy. No electricity their when we reached the property. They had not any power backup facility. Even a mobile charging facility is not provided by them. Behavior of staff very rood. Food is very poor. It is a very bad experiance. Dont promote these type of hotel.

Pathetic stay
It was a forgettable, pathetic stay. The location is good right on the gurudongmar lake road. The hotel has sufficient parking space for 6-7 cars also. The positives end here. The staff are not at all trained for hospitality they are expected to offer. We cannot hold the hotel or staff responsible for power outage, non availability of mobile network though. But the general cleanliness is totally lacking. The bed sheets, pillows, blankets were very dirty. In spite of reminding them to provide towels, soaps, same were not provided. Further due to govt. Environmental restrictions there are no mineral water bottles allowed in this region. You are totally dependent on the water provided by the hotels. But we were deeply disturbed by the cleanliness of the water jugs in which the hotel provides water. Secondly in such chilly winter weather you are required to drink hot water but the same was not available here. Our disappointment was so much that in spite of having booking for 2 nights here, we vacated after just one night stay here. Please be very careful while choosing and booking such hotels. I would like to give zero ratings for the stay here.

Some facts
family1. No lift even if your room is beyond 1st floor 2. No intercom in the rooms, walk up and down for every small requirement 3. In a ready to occupy room, there was no drinking water, soap, towels etc. 4. The buffet lunch/dinner is rice/roti/dal/aloo/accompaniments 5. Packed breakfast (since one has to leave early for gurudongmar) is bread and jam.

Worst hotel in lachen
soloBuilding in under construction, there was no electricity and no natural light in the room. As compared to the pictures, room was very different and not clean. They have not given the toiletries also

familyThe biggest let off at this property was un-interested staff. They just doesn't seem interested in attending to the guests. Food was total rubbish. I am discounting the shortage of water and electricity as they can be attributed to the remoteness of the place. This property at its current state is not worth the money they are demanding.

Terrible Stay
The place was very unclean. Untrained and untidy kids run the place. You find sack of onions at the reception. Bathroom and floor was dirty. No soap, lights not working, no tissue, no heating, no intercom. First thing mentioned was to vacate the room early morning. Food not great.

Terrible Stay
In your portal you are saying hill view but the position of property never give hill view. Room condition is not bad but geyser is not working. Only the best thing i found is all staff behaviour. They tried to serve the best but the infrastructure is the constraint.
