View was very good, food was nice, staff was also very polite. Location was good and parking was also there

There was no electricity. Rooms were dingy. Paid 9k for a 2 star hotel. It surrounded by multiple better choice of hotels

Good place to stay in Lachen. Located on way to Gurudongmar lake. Staff very good and committed to guest service

not good cleaning. rooms is very small and full of flies.. try out some other hotel. they did not on DG when light was not there. full dark every where.

Stay at rufina was awesome. Staff was good and kind. There Food was like homemade food and was delicious. The room had clean bathroom with heater attached in it. There were 2 more extra blankets provided in room to feel warmer. In short stay was good

We stayed over there for 2 nights.the rooms were terrible.unclean very much dirty bedsheet.their service was good and food was very good.but the problem was due to their unclean room and too much small space in room.very much disappointed

Hotel room is not as shown in pictures. Food is of low quality no room service for food. Poor lighting in rooms they will pack your breakfast if you are checking out early for gurdongmar

Staff members were wearing sandals. The stairs are just outside the room and one can have a bad fall.

Hotel is centrally located in the small town of lachen. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. The views of the valley are mesmerising. The food is great and staff are very helpful. Wifi is a little slow but you can’t expect much in this small town. Overall a great experience.

Location, staff behavior, room service, food, everything is good. Hotel is good power backup generator. Separate parking area ect.

I stayed here for my visit to gurudongmar lake for only one night, but hotel is too good with great staff. People over here were really helpful. Food was also good one can get veg food here. Rooms are nice and clean with good view.

Hotel rooms were large and comfortable. Service was excellent. Food quality was really good, we enjoyed and had our dinner and lunch next day at hotel too. Breakfast was packed for us at morning 6:00
