Lachen Paradise

The photo shown for the property is different from the actual. The actual property is behind the building of which the photo is shown. The building is very old.

The rooms were decent but tv not working, electric kettle for hot water not working and electricity issue was there

Rooms were clean with running hot water which is difficult to find at that remote location. Staffs are helpful and well behaved. We got a room with mountain view. Rooms were similar to the pictures. They neatly packed tasty poha for our breakfast at 6 in the morning and served hot bed tea.

Rooms are good but reception is managed by security guards and for any minor thing like spoon thay say management will decide. Management no where visible

i was not stay in lachen paradise because the property & rooms are not good condition location is not good.

Bedsheets were not clean. They only provided veg food and nowhere it was mentioned that it is a vegetarian restaurant. Too expensive for the amenities they provided. Pictures were very different than actual hotel.

The lachen paradise is a cosy hotel with very warm interiors and good facilities. The staff were very good and helpful. It is a wonderful hotel for such a small place. Highly recommended

Hotel room is excellent, amenities provided as required. Food quality is good, for my child they supported home made food. Staff are very much co operative car parking area also good. Value for money

Ow-sum stay i really enjoyed my stay there

The stay was comfortable but it could have been more better if they have given the same place where i have booked. They gave me rooms in some other hotels instead of which i booked.

There was no power whole night. Though they had generator but they didn't used it.

3. We booked at a cost of 5000, but the facilities and room cost max 3000. Even yesterday when we were checking the price again for the same hotel it was showing 2900 approx including tax. Looks like makemytrip charged too high

Sadly all the hotels in lachen are of similar standards i believe. Pretty expensive stay compared to standard of room provided. Rooms are not that great, the towels given were not fresh ones. The breakfast offered was ok and it was ready early in morning which was the only saving grace. The poha was good. Overall not great experience i would say. But that's how it is for all hotels in lachen i beleive

We stayed for a single night on the way for gurudongmar lake. The location is good. What stood out was the good and tasty food and excellent staff who were very courteous and helpful. As for the rooms, we had hot water with each room having a geyser. Even slippers were provided which is a unique touch. The toilet was clean. However there was a little seepage in the room walls and the tv was not working in any room. The electric kettle was a bit dirty. All in all a very good stay

This was supposedly the worst property i ever visited. Despite paying there was no luggage picking, no tv, no dental kit, no tea bags in the room. Room was stinking and was not what they show in the pics. Hotel denied providing dinner and insisted to have compulsory buffets which was not a good proposition to have. No wake-up call, no bag dropped to the vehicle from the room, no phone to contact and no one present at the reception.

Room was basic. However the food was good. Staff behaviour was very nice
