Decent rooms and food, given the location. The receptive was friendly.

We booked 4 room here, Property is very nice but need some attention from the Management because staff is Not working properly, Rooms are beautiful but bed sheet was not good, Dinner was good but Breakfast was poor,

"Our 1-night stay at Khenkhim Regency, Lachen, was very comfortable. The rooms were cozy, and the availability of hot running water around the clock was a welcome amenity. The dinner served was simple yet delicious. However, we couldn't avail the included breakfast due to an early 5 am departure for Gurudongmar Lake, so potential guests should plan accordingly. Given the limited dining options in Lachen, it's advisable to carry some snacks. The staff was helpful, and overall, our stay was commendable. We recommend considering meal plans carefully based on your itinerary."

The place is nice, clean and comfortable. Perfect stop for a night stay at Lachen. Kushal bhai at reception was very helpful. The hotel provided a nice homely dinner and as we started very early the next day, they gave us a few maggi packets to have on the way. Would definitely recommend. Not all rooms have bed warmers. It is as per the room you have booked. No room heaters available and that was okay. We did not experience any problems with electricity in the hotel

Very warm and cosy stay, we booked a super deluxe room which had a temperature regulated bed. Basic amenities were there. The food was excellent, very warm and welcoming staff. Good parking space too.

They provide 3 days old uncooked food. No service after 7 o clock. Such a terrible experience. Never recommendable.

Being at a remote location. Food is average. Room is ok for one night. Not to expect too much but its fine for one night stay

We stayed there for a day, as a stopover to go to gurudongmar lake next day. It was a very comfortable experience. The manager mr. Sandeep and his entire team of housekeeping, kitchen staff was very warm, friendly and caring. The rooms were clean and food was home cooked, simple yet delicious.

As lachen is stopover for gurudogmar lake, you have to stay one night here to make early morning visit to gurudogmar lake. Our overall stay was satisfactory. We reached hotel around 6pm, it was very cold, there is no room heater in room, so you pack yourself with lot of warm clothes, we got vegetarian food which was ok. Early morning around 0630 we have to leave for lake, we returned around 2pm, got lunch which was average. Food quality needs improvement and room heater to be provided.

Location is on the road. Food is good. Service is also decent. Pols don't expect a lot considering small town. At this cost it's a decent hotel.

Good clean rooms and washrooms, good food too. The staff was very courteous, even though there was some water issue they were helpful to minimise inconvenience to guests

We two families stayed at this property. The property is really good. The rooms are neat & clean and spacious also. The food is also great. Services are good. Overall value for money and pleasant experience staying there. Just ensure you tell them your choice of veg and non-veg food upfront and also ask them for chapati specifically if you want, otherwise only rice is served as a common practice.

Electricity only for 2 hours. They will on the invertir from 6. 30 pm to 9. 00 pm only. Food and kitchen is highly unhygienic. Vegetarians pols avoid going here

The place is located on gurudongmar lake road, nice stay, clean room, food is ok but there was no power the day we stayed

Was worth the price. I had a all meals package, home cooked meals were good. Bed was soft and clean. Blanket made the stay comfortable, i realised taking corner rooms in cold weather places is not a good idea as the room feels cold. There is a common balcony from where ice covered peaks are visible. There is also enough parking space for 10-12 cars
