Review Of RUFINA BLUE PINE A Pure Veg Hotel

Very cooperative and supporting staff. Comfortable stay. Highly recommended for family and vegetarian people as its a veg hotel only.

Stay was comfortable, but too expensive compared to comfort. Behaviour of staff is good. Quality of Dinner is good, but breakfast and lunch quality is poor. Better avoid lunch there.

Property cleanliness is a concern as the kiychen was too dirty and most of the time electricity was not available to take bath/heat water or charge our mobile phones which is a major concern

Stay was good. Food was average. I booked a suite because it showed fireplace images. But at the hotel they denied liting it up.

The hotel has mentioned it's pure veg but it isn't. Preparation of non veg items are done in the same place

decent stay.no power cuts.great food and hospitality. geyser and hot water kettle available.they will pack your breakfast if you are leaving for Gurudongmar early.

Location was good, food was simple but tasty,services were average,accommodation were good for 2 pepole not for three

The hotel was basic, with all amenities in place. The room was big, the views were amazing, and the bathroom has a heater with hot water facilities. The food is average. My only complaint was with hygiene, room and restaurant were not well maintained. In the room, we could find spider webs in some corners, and the restaurant floor was slippery with dirty tables.

We had very good stay at Rufina Lachen. The food was amazing.also hotel is situated best place. market is nearby.

Minimum Amenities. Housekeeping is Poor. Cleanliness can be improved much better level. Breakfast varieties can be explored. Staff is good and cooperative.

Terrible place! temperatures drop to -7 in night and horrible room to stay. Geyser doesn't work. Food is very low quality. They don't provide room heaters even on extra charge. Worst experience

It is one of the worst hotel in lachen, don't go on positive reviews, the hotel is terrible in all facilities. They provide stale food, rooms don't have any amenities.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. As you open the windows you can see majestic snow capped mountains. The staff is friendly as well.

Rufina b lupine is located in a picturesque location of lachen. We booked a suite with a sitting area and 3 adults 1 child capacity. The room was extremely unclean, with broken taps in bathroom and a leaking sink. While you have continuous hot water support the bathroom condition in terms of dirt doesn't allow you to stay there. Coming to food again the quality and taste of food in below average. During peak breakfast time and rush hours the support staff cripples to pressure making customers gape to the situation and turning clueless. When we ordered food with our recipe then it was served right.

Not upto level room not clean properly

This may not be an option if one is looking for a place of luxury. But, the earnest staff and care shown by them trumps the shortcomings. We loved the short stay and would recommend the same to others. Parking may be an issue. So, plan if you have your one car

Due to landslide, we unable to reach this hotel. Makemytrip team was sleeping in our worst condition. We tried a lot to customer care, but all mmt were sleeping

I find this hotel through mmt. The staffs behaviour was excellent. Food was good also. The facilities should be much more and we can adjust bcos it is a remote place. The colour combination of rooms are not real good.
