The place was average as the washroom had stains or minor damages. We can get a heater for an additional cost and the food was good. If you are looking for a place to crash just to sleep, this is a better option considering the price.

Good Stay
We were provided attic rooms and enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and cozy. The staff were exceptionally helpful, attending to our every need. The meal served was simple but delicious. The morning view from the hotel was outstanding. This was our second stay, and both visits have been really memorable.

pathetic food, indifferent staff but nice spacious room
we booked 4 deluxe rooms and rooms were spacious. the goodness ends there. the breakfast was probably few days stale, poha and bread were harder to chew. the electric kettle wasnt working in couple of rooms. The hotel staff were not willing to listen. thankfully my stay was overnight only and we checked our early in rhe morning. so good property but pathetic food and indifferent staff

Brilliant Staff and great service
Brilliant stay. The hotel staff is so good. They welcomed us with such warm hearts around 11pm and in -4 degrees. We booked rooms without food. But on request they even kept food for us as there were no restaurants and hotels on the way. Great hospitality and rooms. Clean and well maintained.

Money waste
familyPlease be careful before making booking for this hotel. The rooms are not as provided and bathroom are worst. They first gave us different room try to accommodate then the one booked and after complaining they changed the room for us. The manager was rude in explaining and providing service.

Rooms are ok. Located in the centre. Bathroom are not well maintained. No lift. There is a cafe near to the hotel which is good. Hotel is ok for a nights stay. View is good. Not value for money.

Happy stay at golden kiss
familyWe had a pleasant stay at this hotel in lachung. Facilities were comfortable for kids as well. Hotel staffs were helpful and responsive. Rooms were clean. Bathroom had geyser. We took room heater on rent. Food was really delicious. A bit costly, but that’s how it’s in most hotels in lachung. Overall we had good memories.
