Good effort to maintain in the mountains.

Not a great experience. The main door had no lock. They changed the room as well, however 2nd room did not have charging points. I was not expecting 5 star experience but atleast a decent place( as per review on your site). I paid 6k for the property, however the same property costed yesterday at 1.5k which was ridiculous. I don’t think I would ever do any booking from make my trip in future as I has a bad experience as well as felt cheated as far as pricing was concerned

Its a good cozy property with well appointed rooms. The staff is courteous and willing to help. Also, the food is excellent and reasonably priced. Recommended as an excellent value for money option for travellers looking for overnight stay enroute Yumthang Valley.

Hotel is old and service was not proper.hotel staff behavior also not good.some item was not working in the hotel.

The property location is really nice and all the good resorts are nearby. You can walk nearby. If you get a room with views and it's a really nice property

Le coxy resort - Lauchun Sikkim .. We had family stay here for 2 night ..for 8 Amazing hospitality and greeting service by Mr Ashish (Manager ) Mr Ashish goes out of his way to satisfy his customer whether is food , stay , travel related information. Happy faces and perfect stay is what this resort provides. Bit of changes are required in the restaurant staff when it comes to managing dinner and breakfast as less staff is there and as they try to fulfill everyone's demand inspite of having fix menu ..so I suggest when breakfast and dinner is already in the plan then y is management going so much out of the way to serve them so many items extra ..( just because they want happy faces ) but this needs to be controlled by them. Chef is excellent and he specially made food for my 5 years old daughter inspite of having so much rush. We had awesome stay and feel of being at home with perfect rooms and ambience and very hygiene. Thank you

Our stay was not comfortable. When we reached in the evening, we were informed that there was no power and the back up generator will run only till 10 pm. There no room heaters too. They charged us rs 200 / night for a thermal blanket but it turned cold as soon as the generator stopped at 10pm. So it was useless as we generally sleep late at night. The upkeep also was not good and we had to call for help for small things, where a bulb was not working or a plug point was not working. The restaurant also was not upto the mark.

Restaurant service was really poor. Rooms were alright. Reception staff was very helpful and nice. Restaurant manager was rude and unwelcoming. Overall a 6/10 stay. Reside in yashshree

Location and breakfast is good. Very good service from staff. Value for money hotel. They ask separate charge for blanket heater but still it’s ok. Light problem in morning for some time .

Food charges are bit expensive. Overall support was ok. Windows are also not sealing properly making room quite cold in night. Linen was old. Property could have been maintained well

Hotel with mountain views. Good food and breakfast. The staff is cooperative. Hotel alos provides bed warmers.

Good, its very nearly to yumkhang valley, food quality is very good. Staff is very good. I love the hotel.

I did not stay at this place. This hotel looked too shady with just two male staff we could see at reception. Even they were sitting in their room and we had to call them. Not professional at all. The worst hotel i saw under mmt. Do not travel with your family.

The room was good. Clean bed and bedsheet, but the food was horrible. The taste and everything was horrible

Le coxy resort is one of the best places to stay in lachung. Great hospitality, in house restaurant, good location. Electric blanket can be provided at extra cost. Staff was really great and helpful and the rooms were clean.

We had booked this hotel for two days but we canceled because room was horrible. I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel. The service was abysmal; it felt like the staff went out of their way to be unhelpful. They were unresponsive to my requests and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. The room was a nightmare. It seemed like a breeding ground for mosquitoes; i couldn't get a wink of sleep due to their constant buzzing and biting. It was as if the hotel had adopted a "mosquitoes included" policy. Water was really dirty. We were unable to use that dirty water due to flies on it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It was a miserable experience from start to finish, and i couldn't wait to check out and never return. Avoid this place at all costs! it is really worthy to leave this hotel and pay more rs 500 rather than staying at this property.

Room heater was chargeable inspite of the temp being 9 degree they dont have any heat facility. We paid and asked for bed heater but unfortunately it was also not workable. We reached hotel at 2 pm with kid, asked for food they said they can’t provide we need to go out and have lunch and they can only provide food after 5. 30 pm. After getting embarrassed they came and said they are able to give food after managing chef at this time. They dont have wi-fi or internet connection. They dont have calling facility in room to restaurant or reception we have to call in some given mob number from our handset although most of the time we didn’t have network. Very very bad service and overall experience is the worst one we had

hotel is located at very good location and also properly maintained but in house services are not upto mark. tv not working, even after several reminders manager didn't correct it. after sometime manager stop talking my calls.

No power backup no wifi no room heating extra charges for electric mattress but no power at night limited food choice and need to order in advance no elevator quality of room furnishings and furniture is like a motel only grace is bathroom is clean
