Amazing Hosts, poorly maintained property

Hosts were very cooperative, assisting in every way they could and beyond. Property, however, was not at all upto the mark. Based on the images it looking like a premium property, whereas it was only basic. Too many mosquitoes if windows left open, which is fine considering the area, but hosts must warn the guests to keep windows closed in the evening. View of mountains was obstructed.

it was short trip to lachung. we stayed in hotel jade premium. it is a new property. positive aspect Great location and delicious food scope for improvement - the cleanliness of the room is not done well. Should be improved.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Jade Premium is a fantastic new hotel run by the amazing host Lhadin. The place feels very homely and peaceful, with spotless cleanliness throughout. What you see in the pictures on various booking sites is exactly what you get — no surprises! Special shoutout to Gopi, who is always there to help with anything you need. Plus, the food he cooks is absolutely delicious! We traveled all the way from Mumbai and were truly impressed by the warm hospitality and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Great location with mountain facing rooms. It’s a new property . But what it needs is professional management. The housekeeping is nearly absent. Limited food options but tasty. Although it takes time.

Rooms were clean and spacious...from the rooms and balcony a river and snow mountains were visible. The owner and staffs were very friendly. They went out of the way in arranging whatever we asked for. My kid felt very comfortable there...Overall would recommend the place to others.
