Amenities did not match as listed on booking proforma of MakeMyTrip booking. They tried their best to serve but penny staff and no First-Aid (medicine) was provided, we were lucky to find guests in neighbouring room with medicine for Headache !!!

Best at their Services However, need to workout and provide their best on Location, Food Availability, and amenities. Let me clear the food served was superb in quantity, regional in quality, and just up to time conveyed for room services.

pleasant stay
The hotel may look average from the outside but once you enter your room, you will find all the amenities. The view from the room is awesome. Surrounded by snow capped mountains and a thin stream of waterfall which you can witness while lying on your bed. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The food was also very good among all the hotels i visited in my trip to Sikkim. All the staffs of the hotel were cordial. So don’t go by the outside look of the hotel, the room, food and the services which are offered is worth the stay.

Very nice property. They upgraded our room and it had very beautiful view. Dinner and breakfast quality is also good. Strongly recommend this Hotel.

I had the best experience at this hotel! The private balcony offered an unparalleled view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Lachung. The food served was absolutely delicious, with a mix of local and international flavors.
