Unclean, non spacious hotel rooms in a emote location.
We checked in on 11th of May for 1 night. No servicing of the room was done after the last guest left. The bed sheets, linen cover were unclean. The bathroom was not cleaned. There were hair and stains everywhere. Towels, soap, drinking water was provided only after asking. There was no space in room left after keeping 2 bags. And lastly to top this all, it is located at the fag end of Lachung.

Terrible Stay
This is the poorest and most terrible property i had stayed till date. It all starts from the front elevation / view of the Girl which was very very ordinary. The reception area was ordinary too and front staff were very indisciplined. If this was not enough, rooms were unpleasant. Windows were rusted. wasroom was uncleaned. Bedsheets and linen was not fresh. We found dead cockroach and hairs on the bed itself. It was not possible for us stay or spend the whole night there. We had to leave this Hotel and check in to another Hotel nearby. Very very Bad experience.

Terrible Stay
Pathetic hotel and even more pathetic staff. We had booked the hotel 1 month in advance but when we reached they gave us the road side room which was near to the reception, lot of noise coming from outside, door doesn't lock properly, the bathroom was not clean, issues with power. Behaviour of the staff was rude example it is mentioned that room heater is available but when we asked for it they told it is banned in entire Lachung.

Facilities are good and everything is well maintained. The main problem is with the power backup which they do not provide not rven for charging mobile phones. only lights can be used on their power backup. You have to depend on electrical supply only which is provided for a very less time in lachung

Worst experience in staying her
the hotel room door was not getting locked at all. the washroom wasn't clean properly it was dirty. the hotel staff was giving excuses for all the things that we were asking for. the staff was not ready to provide morning tea at 7 or 7.30, the staff told us to make dip tea at your room. electricity was not there during night time, even though generator was there but it was turned on only for 2 hours. we spent a night of -2 degree without power and without room heater. The staff was fully drunk when talking to us.

The hotel was good , rooms were also fine but time consuming for preparing meals(60 mins) for roti & dalfry. The hotel was awesome But should prepare meals at time Prices are high for meals according to the quantity Otherwise good

Excellent Stay
The devines the elite zong provided a pleasant stay with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location near key attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities. While the wi-fi could be slightly faster, overall, it was a great value for the price and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Overall experience was good
Hotel located at best place, rooms are very good maintained. Food was extremely delicious, credit goes to chef, all staffs are very nice & treated very well to us, specially raushan. He was nice to every time with us

Not worth for the money you pay.
The double room accomodation was having small cot, additional bench is attached to cot n matters was also split-ted between cot n bench. Basically it was single room, they made to accommodate 2 person with converted double cot.

Just like a lodge, poor food.
familyIt is just like lodge. There is some food options but very poor and costly. There is hardly any food options. The food also seemed stale and we had food poisoning. Next day we had food at sumit kangri and it was good. Also the cleaning is not proper.

As Lachung is in high altitude and the resources are very limited which leads to high food cost and also prevent us to give more choices of food to the Guest, but we were available with all best possible choices of foods as per Lachung standard. Still we will try to work out on the variety of foods as mentioned. Again this is a hotel not a lodge & we provide our best standard comfort & luxury to the Guest in this challenging situation. Also if you had faced any food issue you should have informed the manager immediately then we can sort out the issue on real time basis. And on the same date there were other several Guest but we had not got any such complains from there ends. familyLoved the experience of staying in this property. It’s a new hotel. Room was super clean, cosy with hot water, kettle, tv all basic facilities. Food was also tasty. And the most important part the view from the hotel is incredible
