There are very few resorts and hotels in Lachung. This is one of the decent hotel in the area. Rooms were quite good and spacious. There is no heater facility in the room. Food was delicious. It was pure vegetarian and buffet was available. The view from the room is breathtaking. Overall good experience. Staff was very nice

Hotel standard is not according to the description given. veg food, no TV, small room and improper location.

Hotel has listed all the amenities like room heater, electric blanket and good room but we didn't get anything. We travel-led with our 70 years old parents and booked this hotel after checking it's amenities and paid huge price for that but we didn't get anything. There wasn't any room heater and room was dirty and disgusting. Instead we could have stayed in some homestay with less money paid they would have given same amenities. Even the location is not good. Everywhere surrounding was dirty. Even the tv was not working

The room we were provided with had a wonderful view. The behaviour of the staff was extremely cordial and the service provided was above satisfaction. The food we had was also very delicious and hygienic. In short, we would again prefer staying here during our next visit, also highly recommending others to choose their stay right here without any second thought.

My suggestion to property is that please install fan in room. Sometime in night we get uncomfortable because of insects n mosquito. Fan can be very helpful. Many ppl need fan sound to sleep better.

No heater or warmers in the room. The housekeeping is very shabby. Food is ok but limited in variety. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Good experience. We reached this lachung hotel in evening around 5pm, check-in was smooth, staff was good, room was good, very well maintained. We ordered food, which was tasty. Would like to stay again in this property.

Very bad experience torn bedsheet and towel

I had a lovely stay. The best part is that some of the staffs are bengali. Food quality and taste is very good. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. Neat and clean room and bathroom. Overall i had a very good experience.

As per my understanding that some issues need to solve - power back up for all day, cable tv connection, elevator, non veg food, complementary breakfast manu, standard of food quality and preparation.

Golden bridge at lachung is a decent place to put up if you’re there for just a night and don’t want to spend too much time at the hotel. Folks are good in managing their facility and services, little overpriced though.

We stayed two nights at the hotel in may'23. Stayed in the top floor rooms, which is the costliest and best as per the manager. Clean room. After the first night, we went to yumthung valley and zero point. Latter only doesn't make sense, it is better to pay an extra rs3000 to visit zero point. Ala carte menu but only vegetarian. On request the chef cooked food as per our choice. Breakfast ends at 8:30am, so on the second day, i was surprised to get a call from the dining area to avail breakfast immediately. From the hotel, one may take a short walk to the la c hung river, with the ' i love la c hung ' written in large font. On the whole good stay.
