Terrible Stay
there was massive landslide government cancelled all travel permits we couldn't travel & the hotel didn't refund the money, whereas the previous day the hotel at Lachen gave the full refund (booking made through ixigo) due to the same reason. we feel cheated for making the booking with make my trip.

Staff is very friendly, vegetarian food is very tasty, it’s tough to get veg food in this area, Linen is not changed, need improvement, Towels are torn but clean Restaurant setup is not clean, table setup can be cleaner

Good hotel with this price, staff was supportive but there was power cut at mid night for 4 hrs where we have visited.

No Heater, No Hot water in 4 deg temp.
Does not give heaters even when temp is a 4 degree. Does not give Hot water. We managed to get half bucket after 3 reminders and a little shouting. No electricity is NOT an excuse. Jain Food is good.

Good service with nice rooms
Nice rooms and good staff. Food is also good. Homely food and staff will be up by early morning if you request for breakfast even at 6 am

Poor Stay
In jain group lachung, the hotel management confirmed in the morning that geyser is working but we didn't get any hot water. In extreme cold i couldn't bathe and my wife had to bathe in cold water. Very uncomfortable stay. Frequent power outage. Couldn't even charge the mobile before checkout.

Very poor experience - even basics are not in place!
No electricity and very poor power backup - getting hot water and mobile charging was also an issue. Can’t have a property give this kind of experience to its guests!

Linen used were soiled. It is the last hotel in lachung that is end of the town. Very far. The breakfast and food were not at all good

Spacious rooms…..and nice location !!
familyRoom size is good……but this hotel is not value for money yet. Location also is good and food also reasonably good.

Best location in lachung. Need to work on food taste
The hotel is located 2-3 kilometres away from the main lachung on top of a hill. So the view of opposite mountains is awesome. Food is not that great, some items are ok but some are horrible.

Good stay
familyView from hotel is excellent. Food quality is good. Room size, cleanliness is good considering lachung is relatively small town. Stayed with family. Good thing is they start breakfast early at 6:30 am which allows you to start for sight seeing early
