Very Spacious room . Good homely food , hygenic and tasty. Great view from balcony. Supporting staff. They packed breakfast for us when we were leaving for zero point as we can’t eat that early . They even extended our check out time. My recent stay was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

This hotel is nicely located with extra spacious rooms, good valley view from window. Overall, it is a good property considering the remote location. However the staff is unprofessional. All hips of used towels and bedsheets was lying at reception, construction equipment was stored at reception. We asked for tea - milk was not available, sandwitch - the bread was not available. The breakfast was of poor quality, some dry poha, cornflakes and bread butter for the charges we pay.

Our stay at this hotel had a terrible experience. There was no room service, intercom. Unfurnished room. For dinner we had to come down. My wife has a knee problem and she had to come for dinner. We requested them to serve the food in the room for my wife but they refused. The attitude of the staffs are rude. There are many points to mention. Moreover i am astonished how mmt suggest such type of worst hotel with so much price. Next time i have to think to book hotels through you. I have also booked hotel at pelling. I am in a dillema whether i will go to that hotel. Very bad experience. Hope my next hotel experience at pelling will be better.

Not a good experience

Room was spacious but tv, geyser and kettle were not working. Although they fixed the geyser and replaced the kettle, they said tv services are not there at the moment. Linens were dirty. The food was good but costly. Heater was available at extra charge. I will recommend to check other places at lachung as well.

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent location, staffs are well behaved. I must say the hotel authority should develop the quality of food in the kitchen - because here in buffet lunch/dinner costs rs. 350 /per person which consists of only rice, roti, a sabzi, and dal. Breakfast consists only of Chira polau and poha and costs rs. 200/ per person. There is no other option of eating anything, and there are no nearby restaurants for your chosen food. We greatly felt this lack of facility. The authority must keep the option of eating as per guests' choice, not this type of buffet system.

Worst hotel with rude and arrogant staff

couplePathetic behavior of the staff, very rude and arrogant. I had to give them a piece of my mind before leaving. A big no for couples and families. Rt pcr test report was not asked, even my id was not checked while checking in. No electricity there.
