Gyaltsen resort

No proper electricity backup, room condition is pathetic, food is horrible, no hot water supply in washroom even nil water supply in the morning at washroom. Suggest you to duelist the hotel as like me many others will face same problem.

God d behaved stuff wiil help in need they are all time ready. Carry on

They serve only rice and potato curry / egg curry which not good for a diabetic patient, and morning breakfast is mainly maggi. Can't get normal roti, sabzi

The rooms and service was pathetic. Bathroom didn’t have water in tabs and toilet. Got water in bucket and that too cold water. No towels, no soaps, no TV, no extra blanket was provided on request. No one was there for service and charged too much for dinner. In morning had to leave hotel without having bath because no one was at hotel to help us. We have locked the room by our self and kept the keys there only. I don’t understand how you enlist these kind of hotels with your portal. Where you charged very high room rent too. Quite disappointed with MakeMyTrip because we booked hotel by trusting MakeMyTrip only. Thanks

No plug point in the room was working. We couldn't even charge our phones. They charged me. 400 for room heater for 1 night which can't be used due to non working of plug points rush. 300 for extra blanket for 1 night 1. 50 per roti they kept on playing loud music till 11pm at night. Left over alcohol bottles were there in the room which they didn't clean even after check in. The room smelled terribly of alcohol. It was a terrible stay. Don't book this resort.
