Review Of Jammu Airlines (50 mts from Airport)

The room which I've got was not upto the rate in which it was booked. The rooms weren't cleaned and neither the washroom during check-in. AC was not functioning even after keeping it ON for about 1.5hrs expecting the room to get more cool in a short while. Requirement of AC was there as it was not WINTER but the authority denied it saying it won't be required at night as the temperature lowers which hasn't happened at all. Not even towel/soap/bucket/mug/dustbin was kept ready during check-in. RO facility was not there and hence was forced to buy 1 bottle of Bisleri which costed Rs.50.To highlight,when asked for looking into the issues and to sort these out,the staffs and authority said ADJUST KARO SIR...SIRF EK HI RAAT KELIYE HAI NA which made me so disappointed

No soap in bathroom , no Tv working , no hand towel. waste of money for the hotel very bad seven and bad accomdation very bad sw

The room was ok but washroom was dirty and not maintained. Food was good.

Walls were damped, no dustbin, tv was not working, no cattle or water bottle or glasses for water, washroom was uncleaned

First they reacted that we will not allow late night checkin. room provided which had dirty bedsheet and blanket. Even roof was leaking continuously and conplete room was full of water. Never recommed

No so good, tv and telephone not working even wifi is also not working properly, so i request to the owner and staff to take a good care about those.

It was pathetic experience. Hotel was not interested to welcome any guest they were rude no services was there. There were no toiletries in bathroom not even hand towel. No damp no handwash or soap. Power was also not available for more than 3 hours. At the time of checkout no one came and they denied for breakfast.

Don’t go with the word delux. Rooms are large no doubt but cleanliness, room condition and bathrooms were very bad.

one of good property I stayed till date. the greenery around the property I like awesome. the hospitality was good. we wanted a late check out and the agreed without charging extra money. rooms were spacious.👍

It eas so good there. Thier hospitality, services and approach was so good.

Not properly maintained. Poor services of the hotel. Short staff. Cleanliness not upto the mark. Food services bad.

Even basic facilities are missing, have to face power cut at 3 am fan stopped working when i asked they replied power backup is not working.

Water logging in toilets. Tv not working. No breakfast available even on paid basis. Dinner also served after bringing from outside restaurant. Hotel staff was ill mannered

Only two small boys were there to tale care in t hay lonely hotel, felt like on a haunted place. And hotel was. Not clean

It was terrible. Never expect it from make my trip to provide this kind of property. It was a terrible hotel to stay in. Staff was not cooperating. They were trying to give me a very bad room which has only one single bad. Falls ceiling of toilet. Staff didn't have any idea. They ask me for extra money for gst invoice.
