I found that place via make my trip. the breakfast is good and the services are also good. almost experience average

My stay at the Le Roi (jammu tawi) hotel was very disappointing. I selected the executive room. The hot water supply was insufficient, making it uncomfortable. No shampoo and conditioners was there. Cleaning and maintenance were poor, and there was no hospitality tray/kettle provided in the room. The pillow covers were in bad condition, and there was no almirah for keeping clothes. Ventilation was also inadequate. Moreover, there was no staff available to handle luggage, which added to the inconvenience. Even drinking water was charged at ₹25 per bottle, showing that the hotel is more interested in making money than providing basic guest comfort. Overall, the hospitality was unsatisfactory and the experience did not meet basic hotel standards.

I stayed at hotel lerio recently, and my experience was average. While the hotel's location is convenient, i encountered some issues during my stay. - *cleanliness* the bathroom was not cleaned properly, which was a significant letdown. In contrast, some guests have praised the hotel's cleanliness in previous reviews. - *air conditioning* the ac was circulating bad air, which made my stay uncomfortable. Some guests have mentioned that the rooms are equipped with functioning air conditioning, but my experience was average
