Review Of Dhairya's Villa Home Away from Home

I would like to know whether this property was verified by MMT before being listed on your platform. The room I was allotted was in a terrible condition — it was extremely unhygienic, the toilet was stinking and dirty, and the overall environment was full of cockroaches and mosquitoes. No one even offered a glass of water, and the staff showed complete negligence towards basic hospitality standards. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I’m deeply disappointed. I request a full refund for this booking.

I've visited multiple hotels through make my trip , however we have faced worst experienced in this Hotel, where many terms & conditions were explained by property owner. i specially thanks to say make my trip executive, who helped me & supported in this situation.

We recently stayed at this property, and while it was generally good, there were a few issues that could be improved. The room allocation process was not done properly, considering we were a group of 9 members. The staff was okay, but the food charges were quite high. We were also disappointed to find that some facilities, like the lawn, were not accessible despite being showcased on the website. Overall, it was an okay stay, but a few tweaks could make it much better.

Worst experience ever this property, Owner is too much gready, they said give me 500/- service charge to make a single packet of Maggi, staff also said they are too much gready like a cheap person, don’t recommend to anyone to stay on that property

"This homestay was a major disappointment, with incredibly poor hygiene, unresponsive hosts, and a lack of basic amenities; the room was riddled with insects, the bedding was stained, and the shared bathroom was constantly dirty, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. Avoid this place unless you want to sacrifice comfort and cleanliness for a cheap price."

The homestay was easy to find and well-connected to local attractions. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the hosts, who instantly made me feel at home. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully decorated with local Kashmiri artwork. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The food was a major highlight of my stay. Every meal was freshly prepared with locally sourced ingredients, and the hosts even took the time to explain the traditional recipes. I particularly loved the Rajma Chawal and the home-brewed Kehwa. What stood out the most was the personalized care and attention. The hosts were always available to assist with travel tips and even arranged a private car for my trip to Vaishno Devi. They also shared fascinating stories about Jammu’s culture and history, which made my stay even more enriching. If I had to point out one thing for improvement, it would be to add more entertainme

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite the fact that the amenities list clearly mentioned air conditioning, the AC wasn't available. It was unbearably hot, and the staff didn't seem to care or offer any solutions. To make matters worse, the room itself was filthy. It looked like someone had just been sleeping in the bed – the sheets were wrinkled and stained, and the room had a strange, unpleasant smell. The entire place was far from clean and hygienic, which made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. We were so disgusted that we didn't even check in fully. We left the place immediately. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. This was a complete waste of time and money, and it ruined our plans. Stay away!

The stay was great. Good location, clean, secure, well maintained. Food was good, but a bit expensive.

It was not a good experience as for booking they put different image of the room with more space but what i got was small cabin in that also they provided a small water cooler, there was frequent power cut also

I was not allowed for check in and refund is still not received

in jammu, dhairy villa was good 👍. location 👌. only there was no food. In Srinagar hotel sidiqqi palace is average. although they have to promise for change accommodation tomorrow. so let see.

The place is really good. Despite 4 of us staying in the same room it feels spacious. The staff is cooperative and the host really cares for you. There was a power cut and to make sure that we are comfortable he called the power grid to get the pwer on. Amazing stay!

Dhairya's staff is friendly but room privacy is not maintained due the it's construction design in other words it's more suitable for group rather than couples and bathroom bath washin is worst it's fitting is improper you can't use it because half of its inside the wall.

Good, clean property. Very easy to approach with a good parking space. Care taker available all the time and provide home cook fresh food after you order.
