The Airconditioner of the room allotted to me was non functional and when I complained to the hotel staff nobody took hede to my pleas and after verbal spat I was shifted to another room

Moreover, there were so many varieties which made it even better. Amenities and services were also excellent. Staff was polite and helping. Overall, our stay was fabulous. I was not aware that locals are not allowed in the hotel, this was not mentioned while i was booking the hotel and the hotel staff behaved rudely on this, not ready to listen to what i had to say. I lost my money
