Saraswati Hotel

For the price i paid, the experience was pretty good. If you are travel-ling with friends or solo and want to save some money, this place is the best option.

The rooms are congested, old, shabby and very dirty. You need to climb at-least 50 narrow stairs, no lift. Three story building with no lift. Hospitality is good, but not at all maintained. Lot of mosquitos. Very bad.

1. Tacky room and environment 2. Ceiling paint coming off the walls 3. Located very inside 4. No means to commute 5. Pungent smell 6. Taps leaking 7. Not in friendly neighborhood 8. Gave 2 water bottle with tap water filled in it 9. No restaurant nearby to eat 10. Would have reject my booking had i not paid in advance.

Not recommended to stay in this hotel.

Location is in purring mandi it's not family tip its good for business trips

Budget hotel but needs to focus on hygiene

Small budget hotel in middle of raghunath mandir road easily located

Location and staff are good but it is rooms are small and also small tv that of 90s. Washroom is not clean i will blame it all on make my trip

The hotel has huge power-cuts and in name of backup they gave fan and light but no power pluck so we were not able to charge phones. Also rooms are pathetic too small and dirty. They don't have anything to serve like the tea ordered was bitter experience! I don't know how MakeMyTrip add such hotels without investigating about it. Very bad experience with MMT too.

You can't even call it a Hotel. It's even worse than a Dharamshala! The rooms were unclean, the washroom was pathetic, the food was bad and the ac wasn't working too. They even didn't have a room freshener! And the staff members were too rude. They didn't help us to shift our luggage and were also not behaving properly especially the receptionist. And also they don't even give a wake-up call to their customer like other hotels The worse Hotel I have ever seen in my life. I strictly do not recommend this Hotel to anyone. Pathetic Hotel and bad service.

Very good stay at Hotel, very nice staff.

Torn and dirty bed sheets and carpet. Geyser was not working. Really terrible bathroom. Bathrooms at Station are better. Windows and doors were broken in room and bathroom. Hotel manager person is very rude and lies. Non ethical.

It is good for stay without family. Little inconvenience due to steep stairs. Staff very cooperative. Location fantastic. Will surely again visit if family is not accompanying.

The room is good as per the price. The location is very good. If you are on budget, stay here it's good and clean.
