Hotel The Royal Placid

Rooms were not upto the mark because they have only single category rooms which were very small size . But food was good

They have updated on site that they have parking space available. But when I reached there, they asked to park my car on road. So in middle of the night I kept on searching for parking space for 30 minutes.

The property was a little off the main road, so during power cuts, it was a very dark road to reach the hotel. The room could have been a bit larger for Super Deluxe AC Room. There was no separate Dining table and Centre table. Only one table. No place to have dinner. Mug was broken and one flush working in Toilet. However, the service and behaviour of the hotel staffs were exceptionally good. Hence, that had compensated.

This hotel is not good for staying, they are not provide the meal or dinner satisfactory. They charges the full payment but services are very bad so strongly not recommended for going this hotel

Untidy and Dirty rooms . Blankets , pillow cover and bedsheets were not washed and was full of stains. Not at all worth a single penny.

Good friendly staff food was good

Location was good. But too many small problems in the room. Dirty bed sheets, dirty towels, broken flush, dirty balcony, no lifts, slow staff, did not even print the final bill copy. So too many small problem areas. Especially with cleanliness. One can avoid this hotel if you get a better option.

Hotel is situated in core of city, very near to raghunath temple and market, room and toilet was clean, good room service and behaviour of staff.

Hotel the Royal Placid is Excellent place to live at Jammu. We are feeling that we are at home .Food is very delicious and tasty.All members of Hotel is Carefully People. System of Hotel is Excellent .Near Hotel there is Raghunath Temple 🛕 so,we are more happy to live there . Thank You Make My Trip and Hotel Management. For Giving Shelter For us.

It was nice stay very cooperative staff, good cleanliness. I will be highly recommended this is my second time stay with this hotel

Hotel room is not bad according to the tariff. Hotel staff are very polite and friendly.

Very nice hotal and sataf is very corporate v and dinner is very test dal and pane-er burji so nic. Thank you

As compared to other hotels in jammu i thing this hotel is best in price, accommodation, manners,

The size of room was too small and was not clean

Location was good rooms are little old need some maintenance. Behavior of staff is good. No thanks rating 3. 5 from my side
