very bad experience I booked **The Grand Hill (Jammu)** through MakeMyTrip, and my experience was extremely bad: * The door handle was **broken**. * There was **no fan** in the room. * The window AC was fitted using **dirty wooden pieces**, which looked unsafe and unprofessional. * The TV was **not working**. * There was **no hot water**. * Even **drinking water** was not provided in the room. The actual room condition was completely different from what was shown on MakeMyTrip. The hotel does not match basic standards at all. I paid full amount, but the service and quality were very poor. This stay ruined my trip, and I request MakeMyTrip to review this property seriously so other customers don’t face the same problems. reception person not answering properly, i request change room' but fully ignored,

The rooms are very small, the food items are missing, the staff is very rude. wastage of money. bad hotel

Hotel needs renovation. there was no Wi-Fi. dirty and burnt Linen. no TV. dirty bathroom. overall I had a very bad experience at Hotel Grand Hill.

The property location is very bad, arrogant staff, rooms not as shown in photos, very bad & stinging rooms, very bad experience, first time unhappy

inhone check in ke liye mna krdia pr refund tkk nhi kiya...humne 1500 diye the..mna krdia .even bola ki make my trip walo ka call aaega to refund krdenge..but kiya nhi..nh response kiya

as I asked to check in at reception on 12:00 pm but the receptionist denied to checkin because room was not ready. there is not complimentary you have to pay for everything even water bottle also. if you say something at reception then the receptionist said that you only booked the hotel not purchased it. I suggest to everyone that no one book it by looking the photos uploaded on online platforms. Everything is opposite as shown online even staff.

make my trip now also part of scam..!!! no basic amenities , hygiene at worst, food pathetic, booking was with complementary BF and Dinner, No BF provided, dinner food quality pathetic, wash room, room, bed covers, towels are uncleaned/torned,

service of the hotel very satisfactory .Location of the hotel near by the jammu railway station. very fantastic people.

Hotel is located at good location but I ordered food it took 1 hour no taste no salt even. Waste of money

It was good, loved the food very much, bathroom was clean hot water etc. Phone was not working but incharge gave his phone"s number specially.

Poor service, no chair at room, no towel rail at bathroom, t v was not working after complaining also. No result, then why visitor will. It. Is a worst stay at this hotel

The grand hill, jammu is very bad for staying, the hotel is found uncleaned, unhygienic, room was with smoking smell, landline was not working and many more problems,

The condition of the rooms and hotel premises was pathetic. Blankets and bedsheets were not clean. Rooms were smelling. Exhaust in washrooms were not working. The prices are not at all worth the experience i had. Anyone booking this hotel should definitely look for some other option.

Its a terrible hotel. We asked for a room inspection before check-in. When we got in the room, we were greeted with cockroaches on the floor as well as the wall. Damp wall inside the room with water seepage and all over the lobby. 'terrible' is the understatement. It was so bad that we left the hotel and booked another hotel and stayed there. We did not mind losing our booking amount with this hotel.

Could not find the hotel so didn't stay at the hotel as the address was wrong and my sim was not working in j& k
