The location is very convenient, in the heart of the city. It is easy to travel from there to snywhere.The staff is very convenient operative, well behaved, and service is instant. Hygiene is good. I had good sleep as well. Being a lady who was staying alone, I can say that I felt extremely safe. Whatever was served to me was very good.

Their hotel food is always late, and the requests are never resolved in time. When we asked for the AC remote to be fixed, they hadn't done anything until we went out of our rooms to talk to them again after 10-15 minutes. Instead when we have guests over to have a talk, they are extremely sensitive and are very disrespectful to our guests who are local residents of the city. This gave a huge negative image about this hotel in general. However, the rooms were relatively clean compared to other cheap hotels, that is why we chose this hotel.

Dear Guest, We appreciate you taking time to review us but our hotel policy clearly states the guests are not allowed in the room and for the same reason they were asked to wait in waiting area unless the host arrives. Food preparations done are fresh and on menu it's written that food preparation may take up to 20 mins. And the local residents you are talking about were cab drivers which we do not allow to go on the floors, keeping the safety and security of our other clients. We are always happy to help you but within the hotel policy. AC remote issue was resolved on time by providing new batteries. Though we are apologetic that you did not had the experience which you were expecting but on your next stay with us we will try to live up to your expectations.
