Hotel Amar Palace

1.Improper lighting arrangement. 2.Unhygienic wash room. 3.Damaged furniture still being utilized.

The stay was fine and everything else was great, prompt service and overall a good experience. The only minor issue was that delivery partners had a hard time locating the property, even with the pinned location. There's no visible signage from the street, so I had to explain directions in detail for every delivery. That said, it’s manageable.

Hotel room are clean hotel owner and staff well behaved but parking issue location is near busstand

I tried to call the hotel, nobody got contacted. Even the no given didn't work. I have paid the amount in advance but couldn't available hotel for the same. Now it z requested to pay the amount back

The room was too dusty even the blankets were not even dried in sun they were stinking and filled with dust , no ventelation in the room no TV or WIFI but charged me for everything the toilets exost was into the room only

Room was nice and clean. Hot water was available 24x7, washroom was clean. Best part was that the hotel staff is very humble, polite and cooperative.

Only location was good rest bad experience room was unhygienic with no heating arrangements. Average

It was a really great experience and opposite of raghunath mandirall hotel staff and owner of mr sharma is a very nice person. So i will recommend to everyone to come and stay.

Overall good. Location good. Service was good. Cleanliness was average. When i checked in, he charged me extra for early check-in (inspite of me indicating it during the booking itself and and enquireing the hotel also directly) i request and argue a bit for waiving off the extra charges)

Bad condition room

Enjoyed the stay at amar palace jammu. Will move for stay again in coming december 2023. Realy a nice place to stay. Thanks to all staff members

Refund amount inr 4, 431 for cancellation of friends guesthouse pahalgam, palalgam and refund inr 4745 cancellation of jannat guest house, srinagar not yet credited, kindly arrange to credited the same at the earliest.

It is 100 metres from raghunath temple and amid-st a buzz-ling market. No parking. Road on which hotel is situated is narrow but just 15 metres from broad main road. Our stay was only 12 hours. Room decent no bad smell. Wifi did not work. Ac, geyser available. Staff responsive

I have booked deluxe room (ac) in amar place. But their ac was not in order. Ac temperature was fixed at16 degree. Remote was not made available to us. On repeated persuasion they changed us in very small room. It was not so good. Highly not recommendable to anybody to stay there. Only location is good.
