Third class hotel.pls don't go there. No respect to customer 😠

Good service, Polite behavior, excellent location it's just 50 metre away from Raghunath Temple,5 minutes walking distance from Jammu bus stand

Rooms were so small and bathrooms were so dirty. Mmt has taken money for breakfast also which was not served neither stay was pleasant

The cleanliness level was pathetic. The breakfast just had paranthas. The room was not cleaned properly with dust everywhere. Staff was rude.

There is no complementary water bottle. The bed was so bad. But the staff are supportive.

Rooms are not maintained and lot of damages inside the room, basic cleaning is also not there

Room was not clean walls had oaint coming off from them. Asked manager to allocate new room so he shifted us to a different room with unclean washroom

There is a lot of noise around the surrounding and also they denied breakfast for minor child and gave only after argument with staff

Hotel rooms are clean and staff is very cooperative

We stayed for 2 nights it was pleasant stay except washroom lacking cleanliness.

1. Rooms were dirty everywhere was smell of seeepqge. 2. Ac was not working properly 3. Vomit was in curtain 4. Washroom was not clean 5. Bed matress was broken 6. Water jug was dirty too much smell in water as well. 7. Rude behaviour of staffs 8. Wifi password was not given 9. Poor food 10. Tap was not working in washroom 11. Unhygienic stay
