The rooms are average. Not a good option for family. Congested rooms. Overall it is just ok for one day. Located in a crowded market and location is difficult to reach.

Room was ok but no room service. Food served in hotel restaurant is mostly non-veg(kashmiri. No towel was provided on being enquired a wornout one was given next day that i did not use. An old conventional padlock was provided for the room with one key. Security wise that was not considered safe. Also no inverter service is in room once light goes.

My Hotel is 3 star category . customer say me want like the towel that i will given the towel customer will not say me that i need so how can i do that with you? & First of all my hotel restaurant is out sourced not at all my hotel under restaurant its not a five star hotel my padlock is very expensive normal padlock and that i will give the lock and one personal key my hotel is safe all the floors and reception camera fitting. thanking you your sincerely Shubam Bali (head Manager]

Owner is not in hotel, he has smart phone on which booking can be seen. No rooms were available since the hotel no rooms left. Hotel staff was not aware of that. Staff said we had no instructions from owner that there is online booking. Was waiting at reception for more than hour. Manager called him to update my situation about check inn. Owner disconnected the call and never answered there phone. Staff tried to accommodate in aarti hotel which was 500m from there hotel and in very bad condition. I did not check inn, and was hunting for another hotel till 11 pm. Very bad experience it was.

There was no advance booking up to 6:00 pm with us from ingo-mmt. Up to 8:00 pm our hotel was fully booked. At 10:00 pm guest came for the room, which he had booked at that time with the make my trip. We told him as our hotel is fully packed. One hotel near by his aarti hotel and our representative accompanied him in aarti hotel. Where he didn't stay due to extra rates.

It was a value for money stay. I was on a business trip. Located in a market area. Room was spacious and washroom was good. Staff was good. Service was okay and amenities were good. I would recommend this hotel to others. Overall stay was excellent.

Dirty bathroom, dirty bedding, every thing poor. Room was dirty even curtons were dirty. Bed having sheet only totally irrespective, can't explain how bad experience it was. Tv not working properly in every aspect ..
