the location of the property was good. staff were awesome. they helped me so much that I dont have any words to describe my experience. I highly recommend this hotel

The rooms are average. Not a good option for family. Congested rooms. Overall it is just ok for one day. Located in a crowded market and location is difficult to reach.

Staffs are friendly. Cleanliness is average. Room size is small. In winter time i don't get hot water for bathing. That's disgusting thing. Overall experience "just ok"

Room was ok but no room service. Food served in hotel restaurant is mostly non-veg(kashmiri. No towel was provided on being enquired a wornout one was given next day that i did not use. An old conventional padlock was provided for the room with one key. Security wise that was not considered safe. Also no inverter service is in room once light goes.

It is not a hotel, it is just a shop converted into rooms, smelling, no proper beds, no service, also very conjusted area

Owner is not in hotel, he has smart phone on which booking can be seen. No rooms were available since the hotel no rooms left. Hotel staff was not aware of that. Staff said we had no instructions from owner that there is online booking. Was waiting at reception for more than hour. Manager called him to update my situation about check inn. Owner disconnected the call and never answered there phone. Staff tried to accommodate in aarti hotel which was 500m from there hotel and in very bad condition. I did not check inn, and was hunting for another hotel till 11 pm. Very bad experience it was.

It was a value for money stay. I was on a business trip. Located in a market area. Room was spacious and washroom was good. Staff was good. Service was okay and amenities were good. I would recommend this hotel to others. Overall stay was excellent.

Hotel service security and food is good.

Dirty bathroom, dirty bedding, every thing poor. Room was dirty even curtons were dirty. Bed having sheet only totally irrespective, can't explain how bad experience it was. Tv not working properly in every aspect ..
