familyA very good stay on our way to Daksum. Conveniently located on the highway, the service was exemplary and the rooms were decent. The breakfast was decent.

Stay was fine
businessRooms were clean and tidy. But there was a pungent smell which comes in low budget hotel rooms was there. The cleaning staff was late. Food was good

Quality of food & hospitality need to improve
They could not even check the room cleared or not even checked the bath handling towel, shower gel, their or not. Morning breakfast not good after order of poori i have to wait at least 15 minutes for fresh poori or paratha.

businessIt was more then a worst experience ac is not working in the room whole night even after the complaint no one helped too much insect in the room & even in the washroom, room table are already used. This hotel in specially for local copules, no recommendations for families & corporate.

familyThere was an ongoing construction in the hotel. The construction noise made the experience unpleasant, i had to call the reception multiple times for the resolution. Paying a good amount of tariff for a premium hotel but if you are unable to get a good sleep because of hotel repair work, make the experience worse.
