I already told for late check in but At 12 they locked the Doors. After 1 hour of knocking at door they opened the door and when I asked about my booking they refused and said that there is no booking at my Name. After showing my booking ID then they behaved Gentle. There is no parking space and they disturb me at 5 AM in morning for my vehicle. Overall experience was worst

in my this stay i am not happy because hotel management have given us very old dirty towels. no tea kettle with tea kit was in the room no refrigerator was in the room. we feel very bad nd the hotel 🏨 was not clean

Very bad experiences at grand inn, the rooms were not cleaned, the bedsheets were dirty, the dustbins were dirty, the gyzer didn't work, parking was full of garbage( beer bottles and other plastic waste, and there was very little parking.

The stay was good. The staff were cooperative and docile. Food was delicious but serving too much of qty.

It was a quite good experience the service given by the hotel staff was amazing even at the night there was no compromise in providing services

Receptionist talk very rudely and the room are not same they will show on your aap

Looks good from outside but terrible from inside and constraints parking space

The service of hotel is worst. I asked for sandwich at 10. 30pm and i received that at 11. 45pm. 1hr 15 min. For sandwich. I called reception at 8pm on 17th april that tv is not working kindly send someone to see. They send the person next day 8pm.

Toilet wash basin cracked, towel torn, no hand towel, only one small piece of soap provided. Room AC very noisy, TV not functioning. Food quality is good. Bed tea available only after 07:30 in morning. No tea arrangement in room. Dining hall not open during breakfast.

Hotel is awesome, professional staff especially manager Sanjay is a nice person with good ethics 10 out of 10.

Overall it's best hotels I thanks to company for best deals excellent service and breakfast.

Room is quite clean and marvel finishing and foods are very good in taste. Any one repeat his stay in jammu here. Good was tasty. Soup and breakfast are very good. My distributors also like soup.

The location of the hotel was good, it is quite close to the railway station and the food here was also good, the staff was friendly too.

They should improve their services and amenities. Although food is good.

The washbasin looks beautiful but when the tap is opened even slightly, water splashes on you floor. Only 2 very small shampoo sachets have been provided in the wash room. No toilet paper, tissue paper, soap case, no hand towel are placed. Faucet and tap holes are blocked. No arrangement for making tea coffee in the room is provided. When rang up reception on house telephone number 9 at 7:00 am for tea, said sorry, kitchen opens at only 7:30 am. No news paper, no shoe shine material. They do not know how to make omelette, sandwich.

It was overall a good stay. Room was good.
