The food was good but the upkeep of the property was poor

it was so amazing Hotel and location the staff is so gud and cooperative. Food is Amazing specially paneer naan

Rooms are spacious. So are the bathrooms. Staff were courteous. Mirrors were too big for my liking. Hot water was not readily available. Food is somewhat costly. The hotel is located about 10 kms from Jammu airport

Booked MAP plan but no dinner buffet. Morning check out was extremely slow. Requested multiple times for bill but reception guy kept delaying and entertaining other guests who came after me for the bill

Poor hygiene, smelly room , no proper bedding and poor AC . It takes ages to cool the room . Too overpriced for the facility it provides

According to price room was so bad. Shawarma was not working and no basket and jug was not available . My guest was troubling all the time. Phir bo shawar ho ja phir maire order kya hua cake maire sara surprise kharab ho gya

food was pathetic. there was smell in room due to marriage function music was so loud till mid night. i will not suggest guest to stay here

There was a terrible sound (something hot water machine) outside of our room at 5 o clock and it was so bad
