The owner is rude. Along with that we need to wait almost 1 hour to check out for a shikara ride. He don’t have shikara. Oh. I want refund by whole amount because he is didn’t recieve my call

poor food quality.very high priced food with low quality.first they have said they didn't know about our booking.houseboat itself is beautiful but food and staff quality of response is very poor.

we booked the whole houseboat and paid for the whole prior. We called the houseboat twice before our arriving date to confirm the reservation and they said " yes booking is there", when we reached they didn't say anything but while checking out they demanded 14k extra and said there is no proof of payment, as it was dal lake and there was no network connection and the only way to come to the land was via the houseboat shikara, we ended up paying them the amount again. Horrible experience, still waiting for resolution. accept

The property is good but the owner is rude. I booked a Dulux room with 2 beds still the owner asked for an extra bed payment even though we don't need an extra bed. along with that we need to wait almost 1 hour to check out for a shikara ride.

Excellent Rooms… staff behaviour, food menu, food taste, room facilities & conditions everything best same like budget friendly hotel. Only one problem is that they don’t have shikara so we have to take shikara on payment basis to drop & pick up from & to houseboat.

Meera expirance baht kharab raha. Room bhi thik n hi tha nahi nasta. Nahi koi bhi facilities. Even pani ki bottle bhi n hi di thi.

I waited at dul lake gate no. 9 more than one hour for shikara.

How come mmt not aware about this, strange
