Nice experience.
It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean. The ambience was peaceful and quiet and since I had to travel the next day, i could sleep peacefully.

Location is great. 100 MTRS from the main road. Hotel and rooms are good too... Very well maintained. They only for us the service. Had to call twice or thrice for food, tea, etc. Overall the experience was good.

Hotel was decent , but to be honest doesnt look like 4 star hotel at all ...it seems it was a 2- star to 3 star hotel . The bathroom tap wasn't working smoothly ...at times ..water was not there is washroom and the water bottle or drinking water for room was not even free ..it was chargeable . So it didn't look like it was a 4-star hotel at all , otherwise it was a decent stay . Staff was good .

Viva palace review
The room was very nice. The bathroom had small issues which can be easily corrected if mgmt pays attention. Overall I think it’s reasonable based on price paid as breakfast was also included.

Terrible Stay
The place was filled with cockroaches, the furniture and bed everything was infested The room smelled of mould No hot water Bathroom so cramped barely fit inside Plus the manager kept asking every time he bumper into me if I'm checking in or checking out, a very rude dude Just a bad place guys please audit them lol I left the same day within 3-4 hours

Excellent Stay
Though a short stay, but it was good .. Reception staff was very cooperative and fast in room allocation.. Spacious Rooms & Food was also good

Decent Hotel!
I had a very short stay at the hotel — checked in around 10 p.m. and had to leave early morning at 5 a.m. Even though the stay was brief, the overall experience was really good. The hospitality and room service were excellent, and the staff’s quick and polite response was truly appreciated. The terrace area was beautiful and relaxing — especially nice for a short break or a smoke. The food wasn’t very delicious but was decent and average for a short stay. Overall, the hotel is definitely worth the price I paid.

Good Stay
The hotel room's interior was old and the toilet comod sheet was broken hotel was medium level but the housekeeping staff was good there, The hotel reception and others all staff behaviour was very good

I checked inn at 7pm ..When i checked Inn the staff is so rude and when one of my male frnd try to checking becz we had early morning flight at 5AM we were checked out at 3AM and then the front office staff asked us for 1000 money to pay becz of my frnd checked inn and we have to pay it at that time … worst experience form that hotel
