Best hotel as per price. Spacious room with clean washroom. Room service good. Staff is very warm and welcoming. They serve you food with great smile. You find many options in breakfast in veg and non veg. Thanks for mr um-er bhai & ajaz bhai

Very good stay. Budget friendly and very cleaned hotel. Architecture inside and outside very different and very beautiful. We enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days in february, when the temperature was quite low. Despite the cold, the hotel provided excellent services, including a bed heater and hot water available 24/7. The food was also delicious, with both breakfast and dinner being particularly tasty.

Best experience ever. Everyone was so helpful. Best interior and exterior design. Their furniture, cleanliness and bathroom is good. In future i love to visit here again.

The location of this hotel is good it's near Jehlum river. The staff are very good, polite and very generous. Food was really delicious and awesome. I think it's better to stay here rather then any star hotel... Thanks a lot for ur hospitality ..👍

Hotel is not covered as per specify commitment. Maximum time electricity problem in hotel. And honor of hotel is a very money greedy person.

It's quite good for family stay. Food arrangements need more to improve. Location is homely. You can enjoy nearby view of zelam river, zero bridge, market etc

I was on a solo trip that was office work and it was quite stressed where to stay. As i booked this hotel, i was a bit fearful about my alone stay in a hotel in kashmir. But the hospitality i got from them was wonderful. The rooms were all clean and in an antique work on furniture. The room service was too good. Cleanliness was also great as respect to hygiene. I stayed there for 3 nights alone but couldn't felt like any kind of danger. The place is a complete solace and safe as well i you going on a solo trip

House boat stay was very disappointing, very poor and very expensive food ( I mean 1 thousand per person for 2 sabzi and rotis and salad) . House boat also had faulty washrooms. our stay in Sonmarg was also below expections. we got very small rooms even though it was clearly communicated that we are 4 pax. all in all very disappointing experience

The hotel was excellent, it was ab-it inside from road but very nice and clean i would love to stay again.

A bit off located but a nice place. The rooms were comfortable overall. Main thing- don't ever trust that guy aijaz, the driver. A thoughtless person. We hired him as we arrived late in srinagar and had only two days to explore everything. He promised us to take us to the dal lake and all main baghs of srinagar in that evening. If you are not new there you know it is impossible as gardens close early. On our way to pahalgam he started fighting with other driver in public. Our trip was very uneasy with him.

Very good stay, nice ambience liked a lot. The food they prepared is very good. The only thing is car parking is not available in front of the hotel, but u can park on the main road and it's safe. The hotel is very good.
