Hotel was not at all comfortable, room was on 2nd floor and condition of the room was not good.

First of all it's not a hotel, it is a homestay. Not worth paying 5k+ per room per night. Patheticly slow service, very limited breakfast options (every day same. The owners behave as if they are doing us a favour by letting us stay. One time we had to cook our own meal as well. Utterly disappointed. We stayed here from 4th-7th april and then again on 10th april. We were not willing to come back and stay on the 10th but had no other choice as the hotel was not ready to give the full refund. In spite of agreeing verbally they denied when mm t called to confirm. Overall an average property with below average service.

A friend recommended this place so booked it through makemytrip. Got the best price online. It's a nice guesthouse located in a nice scenic place which has beautiful mountains around. The Dal lake view is great from the second floor. At arrival we got a warm welcome, we had the kehwa tea which is a local green tea and it was great. The hosts and staff are very nice people. We could feel genuine hospitality. Nasir guided us in our trip. The food was tasty and tempting. Wi-Fi was great.

Staying at Hillscape Inn was good and delightful. The location is nearby Nishat Maugham garden which was posh and peaceful. The views are good of the Hills and the lake from the higher floors. The ground floor though has only hill views. The breakfast quality was good and we asked for poha, paratha and omlet. The hospitality is on another level. Overall value for money,

Had read about this place after a friends recommendation, so booked it. The location is very beautiful, posh and quiet. Maugham gardens are nearby. Its a nice villa amidst hills and the Dal lake. The service is great. Breakfast was good and ample and we loved the alu parathas. The Wi-Fi was also as great. The room was spacious and neat even upgraded our room for free. The rooms on the second floor are the best. Highly Recommended for a family stay.

Not a good location, rooms are stinky, and very poorly maintained. No hot water in bathing taps. Food also pretty average. Won't recommend. Also the price is way higher for the kind of rooms they have. I won't pay more than INR 500.

I had read very good reviews about this hotel but well I was frustrated as soon as I entered the room. A premium room (as they call it) without no TV, fan, phone. As far as the room is concerned, it was very bad in condition... Only one CFL was there as light... Only one plug for charging. Dirty balcony. Location very interior... No lights in the street... Food very bad.

It is a private property, 11 kms away from main tourist area of Dal lake. It is a two storeyed bungalow with four rooms on each floor, more like a private residence. Wi-Fi was not working. Food was too simple and costly. Breakfast quality is also not good, though the people running it are polite and courteous. It is not value for money. We could have got a very good hotel in the main areas of the city at the price we paid here.

Pros: people, food. Cons:very poor lighting, room size, power problem (even when genset on, only 2 small CLFs will be on) you need your own car otherwise, it will be difficult. Nashir will arrange auto on request. Bathroom door problem.
