slightly disappointed.
The bathroom was unclean. And food delivery from Zomato and Swiggy is restricted + they don’t offer non veg.

rooms were not clean do not find problem with staff as compared to room bathroom was very small it was not clean at all they do not offer anything on the name of facility while check they took some cash however they did not provide the bill

Unclean smelly room. Linens as dusty as dusty could be. Old creaky bed Stinking washroom. Broken tap and leaky flush. Location wise on top of a building and the lift is precarious. Wonderful experience
A beautiful hotel that really made us feel special. So many little touches and nothing is too much trouble. The staff is fantastic, and the restaurant was very special. My check-in was polite and well mannered. Room was spacious and proper clean. Room service available.

Poor service, if i have option for negative rating i will prefer for negative, No food in hotel, poor parking facility, cigarettes on floor in the room, dirty washroom, dirty bedsheets In short third class hotel and service also.
