Poor Experience with customer support
Not at all comforting, didn’t even allow visitors and whole night chaos on the hotel floor who were drunk and creating mess.

Terrible Stay
hygiene was bad. stinky bathrooms, mica was coming off the doors. walls need paint. the pics were old while the property has detoriated a lot post that.

I don’t recommend staying in this hotel if you are around karkardooma. Poor building management. Full of cigarette smoke, no proper door locks. Unclean bathrooms no basic needs in the toilet(bucket mugs) No proper plug points.The amenities mentioned is not available in real. Disappointed stay

Terrible Stay
Very, Bad service staff, and room, not clean room, atmosphere, I hate and bad bedsheet, not clean pillow covers she smell for the cover and bedsheets. Breakfast is very poor.

Not recommended for professionals.
My stay at this hotel was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. The hotel only provided one liter of drinking water per day. I noticed bed bugs. The toilet seat was broken. The overall hygiene standards were very low. The lack of cleanliness and the poor state of basic amenities made the stay stressful

Poor Stay
It was very difficult to find a decent average hotel in Delhi, especially in the area near Kakardooma Metro Station. I changed three hotels, and finally, tired and resigned to the fact that this is the only service I could get here, I settled in this hotel. The claims mentioned on the MMT website do not match the actual condition here. The pictures on the website look quite posh, but the reality of the hotel room is completely different. The room and bathroom conditions were disappointing: There are yellow stains all over the bathroom walls. The sink does not drain water smoothly. Only one new towel was provided upon entering the room, with no hand towel or bathroom mat included. The tap inside the bathroom was broken (this was mentioned by the receptionist before allotting the room). The shower, towel-hanging wall mount, and taps were all rusted. The commode had yellow stains inside. The bucket was dirty and yellow, with no mug provided. The walls of the room had stains and patches of worn-out paint, leaving some areas exposed with cement visible. The bedside table was dusty. Additional missing facilities included: No kettle set with tea and coffee. No plates, spoons, or glasses. No hot water geyser. No chair, as was mentioned on the MMT website. However, on a positive note, the hospitality was good, and the behaviour of the staff was very nice. Be it the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant staff—they all did their best to take care of the demands made.

this hotel don't have good bathroom room is not ventilated properly and have a bad odour with that it's also don't have enough space for keeping luggages and all but the good thing is staffs are very cooperative with good etiquettes .but for the owner he should modify it and make it good very bad
