service was very poor..the hotel is very unclean Extra mattress which was mentioned to be provided was unusable

It was not good, the hotel has bugs and water leakage issues were there. And the room was smelly with broken windows and chapped walls. We expected better at a rate of 1000. But it was much worst than our expectations. And they don't even provide clean bed sheets and blankets. Very poor facility.

Hi... Hotel Dreamland Room Book AC. But Non AC Room Handover ki. Hot Water Problems. Other Room Light, Cokcorac, Mouse, Door lock, Bathroom Lock Problems.. Mouse hai.. Mere Bag, Clothes, Documents Damage hui.. Not Comfortable Room.. Problems hi Problems.. 😇😇😇

It was horrible, bed bugs and insects were all around bed and bedroom and walls & apart from these taps were broken and foul smell was in the bedroom and they were very arrogant while interacting with us

As the location was good. But the room was very dark and full off cockroaches that was the main concern. Hygiene was not maintained.

room is smelling bad, so many coachroaches everywhere, no water gun for washroom, it's the worst experience, will not stay again in this hotel

Location was good near the railway station and room were also good clean proper AC , washrooms a few cockroaches were seen

There were cockroaches in the room. Dirty and smelly and the bedsheets were torn. Rooms are not as shown, they are very small. Around there are so many good rooms available I would suggest noone to book until you go and see the room.

My stay at Hotel Dreamland DX was extremely disappointing. The condition of the rooms was terrible. There were rats and bugs everywhere — I had to change rooms twice, but the situation was the same each time. The entire place smelled bad, making it very uncomfortable to stay even for a short while. Basic cleanliness and hygiene were completely missing. No guest should have to deal with pests in their room, especially not rats. This hotel clearly does not maintain its property properly, and it shows in every aspect — from the rooms to the general environment. Definitely not worth the money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they want to deal with filth, rodents, and a horrible stay.

Rooms are not upto mark ,smelly bedsheet and cockroach roaming here and there , Bathroom not clean at all

Staff are good supportive and well behaviour location also very near New Delhi railway station and market

Bath room are not very good ac is not working well no light arrangement no good feeling hotels management should improve his facilities and work on quality. Done give my discount
