Terrible experience everything was broken in that room even cabinates too

location is good but the experience is pathetic. room was untidy, bed sheets were dirty, mattress was like was sleeping on springs directly without any coutioning. ac was running but not working. towels provided were used towels wet and dirty and the excuse was i will complaint of laundry. It is a dharamshala not a hotel dharamshala is way far better than this so called hotel. best thing is same night it was raining and i woke up with a complementary pool in my room around my bed. all water seeped inside the room from the balcony door. and the hotel name is just in paper its name is different at site and registered with different name so i think it has been banned from a lot of sites so it keeps changing its name.
